Our Company was founded in 1998 by Al Edens and M-L White. Al and M-L have both been in the mortgage and financial field for over 25 years. Our company's profile is to have a Company that we would trust our families' mortgage needs to. We strive to have competitive products, up- to- date technology, knowledge, while still providing old fashioned one -on-one service. We a offer single point of contact, which means you deal with one person who helps you from application to closing. With many different lenders we can offer a loan designed for your individual needs.

Our seasoned staff of 5 offers you combined knowledge of over 75 years of experience.  Our experience and success will ensure a smooth closing whether this is your first home or you are a seasoned veteran of the process.  We pride ourselves in tailoring a loan for you, your family and your individual needs, understanding that a 30 year fixed or an adjustable rate is not the answer for everyone.  We work with individuals and investors. 

Meet Our Staff

Al Edens, managing partner, and a Columbia Native offers 25 plus years of experience and expertise in the field.  He enjoys working directly with the clients and finding the best deal possible.  With his knowledge you will be ensured a great rate, product and a smooth process. 

M-L Wolff, managing partner, offers 25 plus years of experience and expertise in the field as well.  She enjoys working with the clients and solving those hard problems.  She will help you find the rate and product that fits your needs or custom fit you into a construction loan. 

Christina Geiger, processor, offers 10 years of experience and over 5 years with Edens & White.  She works with the clients as well as the underwriters and closing agents to ensure a smooth process. 

Rob Flanagan offers 15 years of experience.  Rob works in Beaufort, SC and specializes in the low country including second home and investment properties.

Chris Jumper a Columbia Native will be celebrating his first year in the business and is an up and coming success.  He is backed by 60 years of experience from Al, M-L, and Christina.
